272 votes received - they say they need 98 more
Why doesn't the HOA tell the membership what the breakdown of votes is? How many are voting for? How many are voting against? Is it appropriate to tell people how many votes have been cast?
The HOA Board still hasn't explained why they need these changes to the bylaws. It doesn't seem like something that should be done without thought.
What kind of disruption will happen if the vote fails, or if the changes are voted down?
Do we just do whatever the attorneys say?
