Who is paying for what?
Does anyone understand how the homeowners associations are splitting up contributions to FRS Residential? It seems that we have FRS doing activities for all the HOAs at once. There is the Potomac Yard Homeowners Association is the master association for Potomac Yards and includes: - Potomac Yards Condominiums I -Potomac Yards Condominiums II - Powhatan at Potomac Yards. Apparently there is movement to have the large multi-unit buildings join as part of the master HOA. Does anyone know why the PY Homeowners are going to be being mixed in with some of these large buildings? It seems the Homeowners Association is already starting to pay for things for the Condo associations. I don't think the Townhome Homeowners have much desire to pay for the management of the Condo associations, but apparently the condo members on the Homeowners association board seem to think that's ok. Why is the Homeowner Association paying for the management...
